Flex elbow joint and raise towards the opposite shoulder. Adhere base of Y-shaped tape at the base of deltoid muscle.
To wrap around the deltoid muscles (anterior fibers and posterior fibers of the deltoid), extend the arm backward when applying the anterior fibers and flex the arm forward when applying the posterior part of the muscle.
place the center of the tape at the backside of the wrist while person extending one's fingers as much as possible.
Apply the tape around the wrist leaving a small amount of space between the ends on the palm side of the wrist.
Place the base of the Y-shaped tape over the center of the sacrum when standing.
Adhere both tail of the Y-shaped tape along the muscles of the spine while bending forward.
Supine with knee fully extended. Apply base of Y-shaped tape at the upper thigh muscle.
Gradually flex the knee and at maximum flexion, affix the tails around the patella (kneecap area).
