Shipping & Return Policy

General Shipping

We ship by USPS or UPS of your choice. If you order online before 1:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm PST will ship the following Monday, including express orders. Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.All orders with customization will be shipped within 10 business days.

All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Island or Canada may ship by customers’ choice of UPS or USPS due to high cost of shipping and customs. Please call us at 1-800-424-5425 Ext 1 to place orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada.

Once your order is received we will respond to your request with an order total that includes the merchandise cost and shipping charges. If all charges are acceptable to you, then you may respond with your payment information; we accept wire transfer as a payment method. Customer is responsible for payment of duties and /or taxes on all international orders.

Additional Shipping Charges

Additional shipping charges have been added to the oversized products, Kickmaster Kicking Shields, Body Foam Shields, Floor Mats, and weapons and products over 24 inches and longer in length.

Shipping Addresses

Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we process orders very quickly and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

Returns Policy

New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.

To return any merchandise, customer needs to complete the exchange/return form on the backside of the packing slip that came with the shipment. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via UPS, USPS, or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.

A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.

Restocking Charge

If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Tracking Information

If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the tracking number(s) for your order when it is shipped. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with tracking information. Or login to your online account and review your orders placed online.

To Return a Product

Call Customer Service at 1-800-424-KICK to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5 pm PST.

(We will not accept returns without a RMA # on the label)

Example

• Have your invoice number and account number.
• Returned Merchandise must be shipped prepaid.
• RMA number is valid for 14 days only.
• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping label.

• Include your RMA # on all shipping label and all correspondence.
• Pack equipment loosely to prevent wrinkling.
• Pack uniform neatly to prevent unoriginal creases.
• Leave straps unfastened, not wrapped around it.

What You May Return

Merchandise not suitable for return includes

• Products without RMA #
• Merchandise with Tag/Label missing or detached
• Merchandise with Damaged packaging
• Merchandise that has been worn
• Merchandise that has been washed
• Merchandise that has been altered, soiled, or damaged
• Discontinued merchandise
• Sparring equipment that is packed too tightly or with straps wrapped around it,(which permanently changes the shape or smooth surface of the product)
• Customized products
• DVDs, Videos, Books, CDs
• Perishable products(medical spray, washing agents, vitamins, supplements, etc)

Vision USA Warranty

Vision USA, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase, provided the products supplied have not been subject to accident, alteration, negligence, abuse, or misuse. As the sole remedy under this warranty, Vision USA, Inc. will at its discretion, repair or replace defect goods.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, VISION USA’S LIABILITY AND THAT OF ITS VENDORS OF NEW GOODS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE GOODS SOLD. NEITHER VISION USA, OR ITS VENORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, VISION USA AND ITS VENDORS DISCLAIM ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WRRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
